1. INTRODUCTION. Fraudulent scams are a curse on the crypto universe. Every person who spends any significant time trading crypto assets and learning about the myriad opportunities provided by cryptocurrencies and tokens will come into contact with one or more of these scams. For that reason, and others, privacy is of paramount importance to CryptoStops.  CryptoStops (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website (“the Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.



(a) TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED. We may track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; and (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We do not collect or store any personally identifying information except that which is required for you to order a subscription to CryptoStops.

At no time are you required to submit personal information as a visitor to the areas of CryptoStops that are available to non-subscribers.  In order for you to access certain premium services and to purchase products that we offer via the Site, we may require you to provide us with a minimum required amount of certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may include the following categories of information: (1) Contact data (such as your name, user name, login password, mailing address, and e-mail address); (2) Financial Data (such as your account or credit card number and credit card information necessary for billing purposes and to provide service to you); and (3) Demographic Data (such as you are over 18 years of age, or if you voluntarily agree, your income). Only our authorized payment vendor will have access to this information. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. If you inquire with us about an order or subscription, our customer service staff will ask you to verify your identity by confirming Personal information already in your record. If you post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.  CryptoStops will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your Personal information or email address with anyone unless required to by a law enforcement agency that takes the proper steps to require it be produced to them.

(c) For the purposes of gathering needed information CryptoStops will never send you an email asking for you to click on any attachment, click on any link, or enter any information and reply directly into our email.  If we ask for information, you should go directly to our website to enter the requested information. This is for your own protection to prevent you from being victimized by fraudulent scams on the internet.Any data you submit to us through a form is transferred to us via a Secure Sockets Layer – an encryption protocol – and is kept in databases that cannot be accessed from outside our firewall. 


(a) COMPANY USE OF INFORMATION. We may use information we receive from you to contact you when necessary to provide you selected notifications, and communications related to your use of the CryptoStops websites, or about your subscription.  We will not add your name to our e-mail list without your permission.  If you agree and give us permission to add your name to our email list, we may use Contact  contact data to send you information about our company or our products or services, or promotional material from some of our marketing affiliates.  We use your Financial Data to bill you for products and services. We may use your Demographic Data to customize and tailor your experience on the Site, displaying content that we think you might be interested in according to your preferences.

(b) SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We share certain categories of information we collect from you in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. We may share Demographic Data with advertisers and other third parties only on an aggregate (i.e., non-personally-identifiable) basis. We will not share contact data with other companies who may want to send you information about their products or services, unless you have specifically authorized us to  share such contact data with such companies. We also share contact data and Financial Data with our business subcontractors who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, or data storage and security) related to our operation of the Site. Those business subcontractors have all agreed to uphold the same standards of security and confidentiality that we have promised to you in this Privacy Policy, and they will only use your contact data and other Personal Information to carry out their specific business obligations to Company. If you authorize us to share your contact data with any third parties, and then decide later you wish to withdraw that authorization, please email us at or select the “opt out” box on our online forms, but please understand that such a request will likely limit your ability to take advantage of all of the features and services we offer on the Site. In addition, we maintain a procedure for you to review and request changes to your Personal Information; this procedure is described in Section 3.1, below.

(c) USER CHOICE REGARDING COLLECTION, USE, AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your Personal Information.   

3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private in a database that cannot be accessed from outside our firewall. We will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our Terms of Service. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by third parties. We provide you with the capability to transmit your Personal Information via secured and encrypted channels if you use a similarly equipped web browser.  Although we take all reasonable steps to protect Your data security, be advised that no security system is perfect and impervious to every possible attack or possible failure.

3.1. USER ABILITY TO ACCESS, UPDATE, AND CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION. We maintain a procedure in order to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. At any time, you may visit your personal profile at Through your personal profile you may: (a) review and update your Personal Information that we have already collected; (b) choose whether or not you wish us to send you information about our company, or promotional material from other companies; and/or (c) choose whether or not you wish for us to share your Personal Information with third parties.

3.2. LOST OR STOLEN INFORMATION. You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that credit card number, user name, or password from your account and update our records accordingly.

3.3. PUBLIC INFORMATION. The Site contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. We also may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and news groups available to you. Please understand that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information in a chat room, forum, message board or news group.


People expect CryptoStops to keep their information safe, even in the event of their death. We recognize that many people pass away without leaving clear instructions about how to manage their online accounts. We can work with immediate family members and representatives who can prove they have a legal right to close the account of a deceased person where appropriate. In certain circumstances we may provide content from a deceased user’s account upon proof of legal standing from a Court giving authoritiy to the representative of a deceased’s person’s estate, and an original copy of a death certificate for the deceased. In all of these cases, our primary responsibility is to keep your information secure, safe, and private. We cannot provide passwords or other login details. Any decision to satisfy a request about a deceased user will be made only after a careful review.

4. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY. CryptoStops will attempt to give 30 days notice by email to you before revising or changing this Privacy Policy.  However, we reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.   

5. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once each calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately preceding calendar year.
